My first official breakfast recipe is here.
After a long night of sleeping, you feel very hungry. Well that’s fantastic news, your fuel tank is empty and you need eat something 😉 Because right food helps us to make right choices we should start the day with powerful kick. Your breakfast should be packed with nutritions. Make you feel better, after your meal you should feel happy and powerful.
I always try to follow my PCF rules. My every meal contains protein, carbs, and fat. Remember that after your meal you should feel full for at least 3 hours. If you feel hungry too fast after your meal, it means that your food isn’t packed with nutritions that your body needs. Don’t eat only fruit or veggies for breakfast.
FOOD THAT YOU CONSUME MUST TO BE WHOLESOME MEAL
Below simple, creamy and cosy breakfast to warm you up on those cold days. Trust me it’s easier to make than you think.
