Ingredients
- 40g rolled oats
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp vanilla seeds
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- pinch of himalayan salt
Directions
- Combine almond milk and oats in a pot and let the mixture soak. While your mixture is soaking, go to step two.
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add mashed banana, vanilla seeds, salt, butter and simmer for about 2 minutes.
