Creamy vanilla oatmeal

Vanilla oatmeal



  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla seeds
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • pinch of himalayan salt


  1. Combine almond milk and oats in a pot and let the mixture soak. While your mixture is soaking, go to step two.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork.
  3. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Add mashed banana, vanilla seeds, salt, butter and simmer for about 2 minutes.
